Booking your tour is simple, and our team is ready to provide the attention, care, and expertise you deserve.

* Cancellations and Refunds

48 hours prior to cancel for full refund. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy in place helps us accommodate other clients and keep scheduling available for everyone.
Rains heavier than a drizzle are subject to cancellation with choice of rescheduling or full refund. The next morning after rain may also be cancelled or rescheduled to review for safety precautions.
Any late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling your tour or cancellation without refund.

On the date of your tour. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled tour.
