Booking your tour is simple, and our team is ready to provide the attention, care, and expertise you deserve.
*Security Deposits
To help us maintain a safe and reliable fleet, a refundable security deposit of $500 per group is required before departure. In most cases, the full deposit is returned immediately following the tour once the equipment has been inspected. Charges are only assessed for damage caused by accidents, misuse, reckless operation, or disregard of guide instructions. The security/damage deposit is intended to help cover costs associated with damage caused to company equipment during the guided tour.
* Cancellations and Refunds
48 hours prior to cancel for full refund. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy in place helps us accommodate other clients and keep scheduling available for everyone.
Rains heavier than a drizzle are subject to cancellation with choice of rescheduling or full refund. The next morning after rain may also be cancelled or rescheduled to review for safety precautions.
Any late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling your tour or cancellation without refund.
On the date of your tour. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled tour.
